AKONDA is located in Warsaw, Poland. They provide modern and reliable technology to speed up the execution time of orders in a practical way and reduce waste in each link. From Szczecin to Biski Zady Mountains, they cooperated with many printing houses and company all over Poland.

The installation of the iEcho PK0604 Plus plotter in the Warsaw printing house W2Print, realized by the Akonda company, has been successfully completed.

At the end of 2020, the W2Print team decided to use the iEcho PK 0604 PLUS creasing and cutting plotter. The decision was significantly influenced by the value of work automation - the plotter is equipped with a sheet feeder (up to 64x45cm), automatic loading in the working space and automatic unloading of cut sheets, which practically eliminates one operator. The machine is equipped with two drag knives, which perfectly fits the main need of the printing house, i.e. engraving and cutting out stickers printed on self-adhesive paper. The positioning of the printout is done by reading the position of the markers using a camera - the solution ensures accuracy to fractions of a millimeter.

In addition to cutting and cutting self-adhesive paper, iEcho PK0604 Plus cuts chalked papers, cardboard, PET, magnetic foil and, using an oscillating knife, also corrugated and solid cardboard or foamed PVC.

The mounted creasing wheel allows the implementation of boxes, unusual folding invitations, tags and similar products.

The iEcho PK0604 Plus installation has brought the Warsaw W2Print printing house automation and reduction of sticker production costs and the possibility of offering customers new, non-standard products that allow them to stand out from the crowd.
